Job Board Fee Schedule and Guidelines

To submit a position for the AAP Online Job Board, please send the position in a word document with a copy of your institution’s logo in a JPG or PNG format to Holly Olmsted-Hickey. We will generate an invoice that will be payable upon receipt and emailed to you for immediate online payment. You may pay with a credit card through the link located at the bottom of the invoice. Once paid, your position will be activated to live status and any e-blasts ordered will be launched to the AAP Membership. Copies of each will be emailed to you along with the expiration date of the placement. Please see the Member and Non-Member Guideline sections for specific rates. Questions? Concerns? The AAP Online Job Board is organized by regions (East, South, Midwest, West and Canada) and by type of position (Faculty or Trainee).

East: CT, DC, DE, MD, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV

South: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, PR

Midwest: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, OH, WI

West: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, ND, NV, NM, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY

Member Guidelines & Fees

Members receive a 10% discount on a 60-day placement & e-blast. Members must submit the position to AAP directly to receive the 10% discount.

  • FIRST 60-DAY ONLINE PLACEMENT FREE* and includes post in corresponding AAP Quarterly newsletter.
  • All subsequent 60-day online placements are subject to a 10% AAP Member discount ($300 - $30 = $270) and includes post in corresponding AAP Quarterly newsletter.
  • 1x E-blast to AAP Membership $200 - $20 = $180
  • AAP Member Online Job Board Package (60-day+1x e-blast) = $450
  • Word count is unlimited.
  • An institutional logo (in JPG or PNG format) may also be submitted for inclusion in the online job postings.
  • To qualify for a Member rate, membership dues must be current. Institutions requesting a Member rate must hold institutional membership.

*One free placement per calendar year per member.

Non-Member Guidelines & Fees

  • 60-day online job posting = $300
  • E-blast to AAP Membership = $200
  • E-blast AND 60-day online job posting package = $500
  • Posting will be included in the corresponding issue of The AAP Quarterly newsletter.
  • Word count is unlimited.
  • An institutional logo (in JPG or PNG format) may also be submitted for inclusion in online job posting.

AAP Blast Messaging

AAP offers a convenient outreach package for both AAP Members and non-members to enhance the 60-day online job posting, This package includes:
- 60-day online job board posting
- One-time direct e-mail blast to more than 300 of AAP's individual and institutional members
- Corresponding post in The AAP Quarterly (AAP's quarterly membership newsletter)
